Alongside mission-driven founders, startups, and companies, I design websites, web and mobile apps, and brand identities. I also research and test products through user testing and experiments, and build strategies and prototypes to ensure that my designs achieve business, technical, and user goals. Fortunately, some of my designs have won awards, such as the Webby Award for Best Shopping App and Fast Company's Innovation By Design Award for the redesign of Sephora's iOS app.

My design journey started with architecture, which taught me the importance of user-centric and data-backed design. After swapping AutoCAD for Figma and 3D spaces for 2D interfaces, I've designed and scaled digital products over the past 10 years for companies in several industries, including health & wellness, AI, beauty, e-commerce, entertainment, climate tech, and finance. Most recently, I was a founding designer and Product Design Manager at BetterUp for 5 years, where I helped grow the company's valuation to over $4.5 billion by leading design on major aspects of the coaching multi-sided marketplace app, including BetterUp Care (mental health coaching) and Coaching Circles (group coaching).
